Refund and Return Policy
1. Firearm Sales – All Sales Are Final
🔥 All firearm sales are final once transferred to the buyer. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after the firearm has been legally transferred.
✔ Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
✔ All background checks must be completed before possession.
✔ Once a firearm is transferred, it is considered used, and no returns will be accepted.
Exceptions (Handled on a Case-by-Case Basis):
- A firearm arrives damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours).
- The firearm received does not match the order due to an error on our part.
- Manufacturer defects must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with warranty claims as needed.
💡 If a firearm is refused at the FFL dealer, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Ammunition Sales – No Returns
🚫 For safety and liability reasons, ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition, unless there was an error in your order.
✔ If we ship the incorrect ammunition type, we will arrange a replacement (must be reported within 48 hours).
💡 Always double-check your order before completing the purchase.
3. Accessories & Non-Firearm Products
✔ Accessories, optics, holsters, and other non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in new, unused condition.
- The original packaging and tags are intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
🚨 The following accessories are non-returnable:
- Electronic optics, night vision, and thermal devices (due to manufacturer policies).
- Final sale or clearance items.
💡 A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
✔ Firearm Orders: If you cancel a firearm order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
✔ Shipped Firearms: If a firearm has already shipped, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
✔ Custom Orders: All custom or special-order firearms, accessories, and engraved items cannot be canceled or refunded after processing.
✔ Layaway Orders: Layaway payments are non-refundable. Canceled layaways may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
🔥 If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by:
✔ Replacing the item (if available).
✔ Assisting with the manufacturer’s warranty process.
✔ Providing a return shipping label for eligible cases.
💡 Failure to report damages within 48 hours may result in denial of a return or exchange.
6. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email sales@litactical.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval Required: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
3️⃣ Shipping Instructions: If approved, you will receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
💡 Shipping fees, background check fees, and FFL transfer fees are non-refundable.
