Shipping and Returns

All firearm sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for any reason other than damage upon delivery or an error on our part.

Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
All background checks must be completed prior to transfer.
Once a firearm is transferred to the customer, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
The buyer is responsible for knowing their state/local firearm laws prior to purchase.

Exceptions (case-by-case):

Firearm arrives damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours).
Incorrect firearm shipped due to our error.
Manufacturer defects must be handled under factory warranty — we will assist with warranty claims when needed.

If a firearm is refused at the FFL, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

If we ship the incorrect ammunition, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
Ammunition shipments must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
Some states require permits, FOID cards, or FFL transfers. See our Shipping Policy for state-specific restrictions.

Accessories, optics, holsters, and other non-firearm products may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to the following:

The following items are non-returnable:

Electronic optics, night vision, and thermal products (per manufacturer policy)
Clearanced or final-sale items A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved accessory returns. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Firearms (before shipment): 10% cancellation fee applies.
Firearms (after shipment): Treated as a return at FFL — 20% restocking fee + shipping non-refundable.
Custom / engraved / special orders: No cancellations or refunds after processing.
Layaway orders: Payments are non-refundable. Canceling forfeits all payments made.

To request a cancellation, email sales@litactical.com or call 631-538-8020 immediately.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work to resolve the issue by:

Replacing the item (if available)
Assisting with factory warranty claims
Providing a return label if the issue was on our end Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of return or replacement.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us First — Email sales@litactical.com with order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

2. Wait for Approval — Unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. Return Instructions Provided — Customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to our error.

4. Refund Timeline — Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after returned item is inspected.

Shipping fees, FFL transfer fees, and background check fees are non-refundable.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, depending on inventory location.
Firearms require additional processing time for FFL verification.
We do not ship internationally.
A $3.95 processing and handling fee applies to all orders.
All orders include $100 shipping insurance at no extra cost. Additional coverage is available upon request before shipment.
Once tracking shows delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for the package.

You are legally allowed to own the items in your order.
You understand and comply with your state and local laws.
You accept that any item deemed illegal in your jurisdiction will not be refunded — it may be treated as a consignment sale if shipped to our NY facility.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
