- You understand that all firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer, and you are responsible for providing accurate FFL transfer information.
Forge & Barrel Firearms is not responsible for any purchase attempted or denied due to buyer ineligibility or misunderstanding of local laws.
Orders, Pricing & Availability
All pricing, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product depending on manufacturer updates.
- Orders are considered accepted only after full payment is received and approved.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., legal restriction, fraud prevention, inventory discrepancy).
- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we will notify you immediately. We may cancel the order or request confirmation before proceeding.
Finality of Firearm & Ammunition Sales
All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted, except in the rare event of damage or order error confirmed upon delivery (see our Shipping & Return Policy for full details).
Once a firearm is transferred from the FFL to the customer, it is considered lawfully owned and non-returnable.
